AIMasterTools and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

• The AIMasterTools platform and user interface
• Our branding, logos, and trademarks
• Documentation, guides, and educational materials

Your Content and Generated Documents

You retain ownership of:

• Input data and information you provide to our services
• Documents and content generated using our tools
• Your customizations and branding applied to generated content

License Grant to You

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our services for your business purposes.

By using our services, you grant us a limited license to process your data to provide services, improve our AI models (using anonymized data only), and ensure service security.

Subscription Plans

• Free Trial: Limited features and usage for evaluation purposes
• Starter Plan: $29/month for regular professional use
• Professional Plan: $99/month for high-volume users and teams
• Enterprise Plans: Custom pricing for large organizations

Billing Terms

• All fees are charged in advance on a monthly basis
• Payments are processed automatically using your chosen payment method
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance

Payment Failure

If payment fails, we may suspend your access to paid features until payment is resolved. Accounts may be terminated after 30 days of non-payment.

Taxes

You are responsible for any applicable taxes. We will collect sales tax where required by law.

Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption, access controls, and regular security audits.

Data Use for AI Training

We may use anonymized and aggregated data to improve our AI models and services. We do not use your specific client data or proprietary information for training purposes.

Data Export and Deletion

You can export your data at any time. Upon account deletion, we will delete your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

AI Technology Limitations

While our AI tools are sophisticated, they are not perfect. Users must:

• Review all generated content for accuracy and appropriateness
• Verify data and calculations before presenting to clients
• Use professional judgment in all business decisions
• Maintain appropriate professional insurance and liability coverage

No Professional Advice

Our services provide tools and information but do not constitute professional advice. We are not responsible for any decisions you make based on generated content.

Damages Cap

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Excluded Damages

We are not liable for:

• Lost profits, revenue, or business opportunities
• Data loss or corruption
• Business interruption or downtime
• Third-party claims or actions
• Errors in AI-generated content

Force Majeure

We are not liable for any failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, or third-party service failures.

Termination by You

• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• You can export your data before account deletion
• No refunds for unused portions of paid subscriptions

Termination by Us

We may terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy
• Fail to pay required fees
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Repeatedly violate usage limits

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your access to our services will cease immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Dispute Resolution

Before filing any legal action, we encourage you to contact us to resolve any disputes. For formal disputes:

Notification of Changes

Acceptance of Changes

Continued use of our services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. If you disagree with changes, you may terminate your account.
